For parents, together or apart
Who picks up, who pays, who remembers — all in one place.
A shared calendar, chores and your child’s expenses — always up to date and visible to both parents. No nagging, no guesswork, no reopening old conversations.

The first 2 months (62 days) from creating a family are free, with no card required — after that, one simple plan for the whole family.
Database in the European Union
The database and files are in Frankfurt.
End-to-end encryption
Your child’s documents and, once everyone with access has a document key, health data.
No judgement — just the facts
The change log records what was agreed, and when.
The everyday, seen the same way by both of you
The five things that most often get lost between two homes. In ParentLoop they have one place.
Shared custody calendar
The rotation, handovers, day swaps, the school timetable and reminders in one view.
Chores and pocket money
Who does what this week — and a chore can pay, once a parent approves it.
Expenses and approvals
Scan the receipt or add it later, approve bigger expenses together, and at the end of the month see who owes whom and how much.
Child profile and documents
Health, allergies, sizes, contacts and documents — documents end-to-end encrypted and behind a biometric lock, and health data end-to-end encrypted too once everyone with access has a document key.
Change log
A neutral record of what was agreed — helpful in mediation, too.
Both of you see everything
The same information, at the same moment. No go-between.
The previews change on their own — tap a tile to stay on it longer.
ParentLoop kids · a separate app for the child
Your child sees their own week
ParentLoop kids is a second app — for your child’s phone or tablet (ages 7–16). No email address and no password: you pair it by showing a QR code from your phone.
Pairing with a QR code
Your child does not create an account, give an email address or make up a password. You show the code, the phone scans it — done.
Their own day and timetable
Your child checks for themselves whose home they are at today, what is planned and what happens tomorrow. No need to ask.
Ticks off chores and collects pocket money
A ticked chore ends with “Great job!”, and if it pays, the amount goes into their pocket money once a parent approves it. The streak keeps growing, and a day with no chores doesn’t break it.
Can add their own event
And decides whether the parents get to see it. Football practice and a test, usually yes — a birthday surprise, not necessarily.
Their own wallpaper and language
Your child picks a wallpaper — mountains, space, the undersea world and more — in a day and a night version. The app speaks Polish, English, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Ukrainian.
See it in action
Situations that usually take several messages. Here they take one look at the screen.
Who is picking the child up from school today
Kate has a meeting until 17:00. She checks the calendar, sees that Tom is collecting today — and does not have to ask.
Agree on spending rules before there is an argument
You set the approval threshold once. After that it is just a quick “yes” instead of a conversation about money.
The school bag packed in the evening, not in the morning
ParentLoop looks at Helen’s timetable and reminds you in the evening what needs to go in her bag. Only the home where Helen sleeps tonight gets the message.
Swapping a weekend without the back-and-forth
Kate asks for a swap and Tom approves it with one tap. The calendar moves the days and the handovers itself, and Kate knows at once that it is agreed.
The end of the month without a calculator
ParentLoop adds up who spent what and gives you one transfer that evens things out. A single expense can cover several children at once.
Works before the other parent joins
You do not have to start together. Keep the calendar, the expenses and a record of how handovers went on your own — the cost register and the PDF report are ready when you need them.
Small things that make a difference
Things you will not notice at first glance — and that save reminding, counting and nerves.
Reminders to the right home
We remind the parent who has the child that day about a doctor’s visit or an activity. The other home is left in peace.
Weekly activities
Enter Tuesday swimming once. The calendar repeats it every week, reminds you before each session and shows it next to the timetable.
Document expiry dates
Passport or school ID about to expire? You get a reminder before it turns into a problem. Before a trip, the app checks that the expiry date you entered for your child’s passport or ID card covers the whole journey.
The week and the month at a glance
A short look at the week ahead every Sunday. On the first day of the month, a report by email: each child separately, with expenses by category. In the app, the report shows all your children together and the whole year on a chart.
Conversations as a PDF
Export the messages between parents to a PDF — for a day, a week or a month. Useful in mediation.
Pause a conversation
When a conversation gets difficult, you can pause it. Nobody can send a new message, and only you can resume it. The history stays.
Everyone deletes only their own
An event, a document or a task can be deleted by whoever added it (a task also by the person it was handed to). The other parent can’t delete the appointment or the court ruling you added, and the app shows who added what.
Pocket money your way
A fixed amount, earned through chores, or none at all — you decide. A chore can pay every time it is done.
End-to-end encrypted health data
Allergies, medicines, visits and measurements are encrypted automatically once everyone with access to them has a document key. Only you and the people you share them with in the app can open them — not us.
Your key saved as a passkey
Save a copy of your document key in Apple Passwords or Google Password Manager. On a new phone, one tap unlocks everything — no code to retype.
Requires iOS 18 or Android 9 or newer. The copy works within one platform — iPhone to iPhone, Android to Android.
Timetable from a photo
Take a photo of the timetable or paste a screenshot from the school’s online register. The app reads the subjects, rooms and times — and saves them only once you have checked everything.
A task for whoever can
A task does not have to be assigned to anyone straight away. Mark it “Whoever can”, and whoever taps “I’ll take it” first takes care of it. Everyone else gets a notification.
Chores that approve themselves
Would rather not approve every tick? One switch and chores in your home count straight away. The other home can keep approving.
Decisions in one place
A day swap, an expense to approve, a proposal for splitting the holidays — everything waiting for your answer is on Home, in one queue.
One home or two
The app asks where your child lives and shows only what fits your family. The calendar, chores, pocket money and expenses work just the same when you live together.
Days off and school holidays in your country
The calendar knows the school days off, school holidays and public holidays in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. No need to look them up separately when you plan custody.
Dark mode
Easy on the eyes in the evening. You choose the light or the dark look in Settings.
Polish and English
Each parent picks the app’s language for themselves. Works on phones and tablets.
Does ParentLoop replace a court order?
No. It is an everyday planning tool, not legal advice. You enter what you have already agreed — in a court order or a parenting agreement — and the app helps you stick to it.
One plan. Everything included.
The first 2 months (62 days) from creating a family are free, with no card required and no automatic switch to a subscription — after that, one simple plan for the whole family, with no hidden costs.
